ELM

OAK

When the  wood material of decorative Elm dries up it becomes hard, resilient and rot resistant. The elm used is from the Eastern parts of North-America because the quality of local elm there is much more consistent than of
the European elm. Also, when using it, the material waste is significantly smaller. The used tree is FCS-certified, which guarantees that it is responsibly produced.

The wood material of an oak tree is tough, rot resistant, very heavy and dense. In the oak frame chair the colour of the leather is warm brown instead of black so that it fits perfectly together with the light toned wood.

SEAT

The chrome tanned leather is both fire and water resistant. It also keeps its colour beautifully. Compared to textiles, the durability of leather can even be four fold. It is still a natural product and such as life leaves its mark on human skin, it also shows on cow leather. Leather is flexible and takes the shape of the person sitting on it, which makes the seat even more comfortable. Over the years it becomes covered with a beautiful patina. Whiskey’s leather comes from Finland.
